Our Vision

The Otter Tail to Rush segment will be restored and improved to a condition that is cherished and protected by all of the community by:

* Increasing the navigable depth of shallow areas.
* Implementing a mutually beneficial aquatic plant management program.
* Sustaining fish and wildlife production.
* Developing new public accesses and community areas.
* Providing more recreational and educational opportunities through  kayaking, canoeing, boating, fishing, swimming, tubing and/or bird watching.
